  Recently picked up our new van from Choice Caravans. Love love love it. Thanks to Paul for your help in finding us the right van to suit our family. We have just returned from our first trip and we had a fabulous time. The service you provided was outstanding and your patience with our questions, requests and kids was second to none.   We took delievery of our JB Caravan 19 ft Dirtroader in February. I was going to place a review then but decided to wait to see how the van went and how we would be treated after we had taken delivery of the van, as we had heard reports that dealers forget you after you have purchased. We can only say that Nathan and Paul have been excellent Nathan did a great job at handover of the van, explaining how everything worked. We have had the van back for its first service and a couple of things that needed fixed were done. The workshop staff have also been helpful. Paul has also been very helpful when I have asked for advice. Overall the experience dealing with Choice Caravans has been excellent. The JB Caravan is a great van we have just returned from a 3 month trip and all went well. The van also received a lot of positive comments from other vanners.

  We certainly made the right choice, when we purchased our new Retreat Macquarie from Paul at Choice Caravans, Adelaide. We were very happy with the final purchase deal achieved after a few visits to Paul, where he happily answered any questions or concerns we had.The handover was conducted well & not rushed, as our new van had some extra features not in our previous 2 vans. After sales service received has been second to none. At the first service in fact, it was noticed by the mechanic (unbeknown to me) that there was a minor chassis irregularity from manufacture that was advised to me & that plus some other minor warranty items were fixed without any hassle whatsoever. We would highly recommend Choice Caravans, & would not hesitate to purchase from this well run family business in the future.
