    Recliner replaced 3 times. Now waiting on the replacement suite. Already got it but it was used so had to send it back for another one.

    I paid in full approx $500 for a dinning set to be picked up the next day. It was stocked immediately available from the warehouse. An hour later I wanted to change my mind and get a refund but they refused 100% refund. They offered 90% refund or 100% store credit. They did not even move the item to the loading dock yet. It cost them nothing except the cost of the EFTPOS transaction. I could/should have paid 10% deposit and then I'd have lost 10% of the 10% = 1%, but I made a mistake to pay in full and lost 10% of the full price for a product that did not move out of the warehouse storage. Very disappointing.

    Staff are generally friendly and do try to help if you are shopping. Not so pleasant if you already paid and have a problem.

    I bought some metal frame chairs from them before and plastic feet covering metal legs all came out within a year so I can not use those chairs on my timber floors now. Some wield came apart too.
